My chiropractor uses a professional UltraTens and referred me to this UltraTens II unit. After 40 years as an ICU nurse the strain on my back left me with frequent back spasms. I am returning this device, as it clearly does not allow for usual and customary TENS techniques. On top of that, the case itself was nearly impossible to open, so I must return it, completely unused. I have been able to temporarily borrow a colleague's TENS unit.

Works well but be aware you have to use the ultrasound wand to get the TENS to work. It is not a plug and go model.
