Looks like a quality product but unfortunately does not fit my NeuroMD Unit. The return policy is costly - "Any Exchange or Store Credit will be charged a $6.00 processing fee. If an item is returned for a refund a $10.95 processing fee will be charged."
Be sure the product is compatible with your TENS Unit before you buy. The item is $22.95 and when I returned the unused item they deducted $10.95, so I'm only getting a refund of $12. Doesn't seem to be a fair Return Policy.
